US Secret Service Blames Sarah Palin for Death Threats Against President Elect Obama

According to an article in the conservative paper the London Telegraph, Sarah Palin’s hateful rhetoric is being blamed for a huge increase in the number of death threats against the president elect.

“The Secret Service warned the Obama family in mid October that they had seen a dramatic increase in the number of threats against the Democratic candidate, coinciding with Mrs Palin’s attacks.”

There have been two assassination attempts broken up and various death threats, the majority being in the white supremacist community.

“Details of the spike in threats to Mr Obama come as a report last week by security and intelligence analysts Stratfor, warned that he is a high risk target for racist gunmen. It concluded: “Two plots to assassinate Obama were broken up during the campaign season, and several more remain under investigation. We would expect federal authorities to uncover many more plots to attack the president that have been hatched by white supremacist ideologues.”

Many believe this may have caused permanent damage to Sarah Palin’s reputation and may hurt any future attempts at a political run.

“Irate John McCain aides, who blame Mrs Palin for losing the election, claim Mrs Palin took it upon herself to question Mr Obama’s patriotism, before the line of attack had been cleared by Mr McCain.”

Why The Republican Party Died In 2008

Secret prisons and POW torture at the behest of the United States Government. People imprisoned for years without being charged with any crime. Violating the Geneva Convention with permission from the Republican President of said United States.

Sending our jobs overseas. Giving tax breaks to corporations that send our jobs overseas. Giving tax breaks to the rich. Seeing the only jobs being created are at Wal-Mart and McDonalds.

Trillion Dollar deficits and the largest expansion of the government since the New Deal.

Right-Wing Nuts spewing hate and lies daily over the airwaves about Democrats that are over 50% of the population. Its pretty tough to tell lies these days when the truth is just a mouse click away.

Allowing government departments to spy on US citizens phones calls and electronic data without a search warrant and call it Homeland Security.

Attacking immigrants, gay people, minorities especially Muslims and pretending that as a group they are not important and don’t count and don’t deserve a place as Americans.

Now the Republican Party is pretty much dead and delegated to south and losing ground there. Young people just don’t join the Republican Party anymore. Hate mongers and war mongers are not cool. Killing innocent civilians and shredding the Constitution isn’t cool either. Now its time for the Republican Party to curl up and die or get rid of the pollution that has poisoned it. I believe its dead and I won’t shed a tear.

Most Pro-Life Christian Republicans aren’t really Pro-Life. Abortion is a real world issue , not a religious or political issue

How can you call yourself Pro-Life if you don’t support sex education that without it may lead to unwanted abortions or murders you crow about ?

How can you can you call yourself Pro-Life if you don’t support teaching our young people about birth control and sexually transmitted diseases in school among their peers ?

How can you call yourself Pro-Life if you support the death penalty ?

How can you call yourself Pro-Life if you don’t support world Aids Prevention ?

How can you call yourself Pro-Life if you aren’t trying to stop our unjust war in Iraq ?

How can you call yourself Pro-Life if you aren’t doing something to alleviate world hunger ?

Most Christians involved in the Pro-Life movement aren’t really Pro-Life. Republican policies are Pro-Death, Pro-War and Pro-Genocide. Even though the Republican party has never done anything for Christians they they still support them. If you want to stop abortion, you have to start with education. Abstinence is a joke. If you really want to alleviate the problem, you have to use real solutions. Some people will get abortions. But the number can be lower if people would take extremism out of the mix. Abortion is a social issue and the Republicans are historically terrible with solving social issues. Abortion is just a political football used by Republicans during campaigns. The Democrats are the only Party trying to help with social issues. It might be a time to re-think things if you call yourself Pro-Life.

Citizen Wells, African Press International API and Philip Berg twisted in a web of hate and lies about Barack Obama

Citizen Wells, whoever that is, has been one of the main forces helping spread the African Press International lies about the alleged phone call between Michele Obama and African Press International. The phone call that has since been proven to be a hoax and hateful lie. Citizen Wells, maybe a citizen of the United States, or maybe a citizen of Syria, or some other country, who knows, has also been spreading the story of the lawsuit brought by a crackpot named Phil Berg Esquire that has no cause and has been hence thrown out of US Court post haste. The first article by Citizen Wells supporting these people on October 15th. Who are these people actually ? Are they connected to any hate or terrorist organizations ? What are their actual motives ?

API – African Press International Obama FOX Tape Fraud Exposed

API or African Press International has made false claims that they have a tape of Michelle Obama making some kind of incriminating statements about Barack Obama. From the day they said they had this tape they have been star of the conspiracy theory blogosphere. Problem is, the tape doesn’t exist and they have made up a different excuse on almost a daily basis on why they will release the tape the next day. Sad enough, there are people dumb enough to believe them.

Michelle Obama is alleged to have placed this damaging phone call to a news agency called API, “African Press International.” Okay, let’s check them out.

Well, that’s odd. A self-described “international” media organization – using a WordPress blog site?

That’s odd. They’re based in Norway. No African, other European, or African bureaus. Their site promises that at some unspecified future date they “will have will have five branch offices spread as follows: East, Central, West, Southern Africa and one in the United Kingdom.”

Their home page features a hideously amateurish series of photos of “African” looking people, with the caption “Our News Team”. No-one is identified. None of the click-through ID links work. Readers are invited to register to become “Corresspondents” (sic).

No editorial board is named. Only one actual name is cited: their “”CHIEF EDITOR KORIR”, who ” IS A MEMBER OF INVESTIGATIVE REPORTERS AND EDITORS INTERNATIONAL.”

A review of their archives reviews a curious, patched together assortment of press clippings and releases on various topics. However, their top and ongoing American news story is anti-Obama coverage that essentially reproduces, uncritically,most of the major smears promulgated over the last year.

The “African Press International” is owned by “The Rainbow Foundation”, to which they provide a link – which turns out to be a website created last week, on another WordPress blog spot. The “Foundation” lists a number of objectives that oddly have nothing to do with Obama or US politics. They also list a number of “projects” being run by the Rainbow foundation: however, it turns out there AREN’T any actual project. What there is a list of countries where they say they’re GOING to run projects at some unspecified future date – but NO projects.

Now, there IS another “Rainbow Foundation” – NOT the one that “owns” African Press International, but an authentic charity. And THEIR website has an urgent note up warning folks of a fraudulent “Rainbow Foundation”, soliciting funds and making claims using their name.

So we have allegations being made by “news agency” on a blogsite, owned by a “Foundation” that claims to have been in operation since 1995, but whose website was only set up last week – a foundation WITHOUT ANY PROJECTS except a website that smears Obama, and apparently appropriating the name of a real children’s charity. In short, an obvious fraud run by lying, anti-Obama scumbags.

Gosh. That’s a pretty compelling source. It’s certainly easy to see why a First-Lady-In-Waiting would break campaign strategy to call and harass a fraudulent blogsite masquerading as a news agency run by a fake foundation.

Judge rejects Montco lawyer’s bid to have Obama removed from ballot

A federal judge in Philadelphia last night threw out a complaint by a Montgomery County lawyer who claimed that Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama was not qualified to be president and that his name should be removed from the Nov. 4 ballot.
Philip J. Berg alleged in a complaint filed in federal district court on Aug. 21 against Obama, the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission, that Obama was born in Mombasa, Kenya.
Berg claimed that the Democratic presidential standardbearer is not even an American citizen but a citizen of Indonesia and therefore ineligible to be president.
He alleged that if Obama was permitted to run for president and subsequently found to be ineligible, he and other voters would be disenfranchised.
U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick had denied Berg’s request for a temporary restraining order on Aug. 22 but had not ruled on the merits of the suit until yesterday.
Obama and the Democratic National Committee had asked Surrick to dismiss Berg’s complaint in a court filing on Sept. 24.
They said that Berg’s claims were “ridiculous” and “patently false,” that Berg had “no standing” to challenge the qualifications of a candidate for president because he had not shown the requisite harm to himself.
Surrick agreed.
In a 34-page memorandum and opinion, the judge said Berg’s allegations of harm were “too vague and too attenuated” to confer standing on him or any other voters.
Surrick ruled that Berg’s attempts to use certain laws to gain standing to pursue his claim that Obama was not a natural-born citizen were “frivolous and not worthy of discussion.”
The judge also said the harm Berg alleged did “not constitute an injury in fact” and Berg’s arguments to the contrary “ventured into the unreasonable.”
For example, Berg had claimed that Obama’s nomination deprived citizens of voting for Sen. Hillary Clinton in November. (Berg backed Clinton in the primaries.)
Berg could not be reached for comment last night.
Obama was born in Honolulu on Aug. 4, 1961, and the campaign posted a document issued by Hawaii on its Web site, fight thesmears.com, confirming his birth there.
Berg said in court papers that the image was a forgery.
The nonpartisan Web site FactCheck.org examined the original document and said it was legitimate.
Further, a birth announcement in the Aug. 13, 1961, Honolulu Advertiser listed Obama’s birth there on Aug. 4. *

It took about a 30 second search on google to find out this was a total lie. Barack Obama was born in Hawaii and submitted the documentation to the nay sayers over 6 months ago. I just read an article posted by worldnetdaily.com that says that Pennsylvania DEMOCRAT Philip J. Berg has “sued Sen. Barack Obama demanding he prove his American citizenship–” and claims to have had a recorded telephone conversation with Obama’s grandmother in Kenya who says she was present at his (Obama’s) birth in Kenya. If this guy’s information is legitimate, than Obama doesn’t qualify to be a Senator, let alone the President of the United States of Ameria!

Also if this is true, the information must be promulgated to government authorities as well as to ALL voters.
